Panel Notes are used to organize other notes. These containers may be moved liked other notes and given caption et cetera. They are useful for grouping similar notes (say all revision documentation in one panel, with all content in another).
The image shows a panel with only one note added to it. Notes may either be added via the toolbar on the panel or by moving an existing note inside.
This now shows it after we have moved the two outside notes in.
To move a note users select the PROPERTY MENU and choose the appropriate folder option.
